Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Execute supplier and third-party risk assessments, contributing to the security of Autoliv’s global supply chain
Identify, evaluate and communicate key risks in alignment with Autoliv’s organization priorities
Support with the design and implementation of Autoliv’s global Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management strategy, processes and methodologies
Maintain and develop risk registers, follow up on mitigation activities and support management reporting
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying weaknesses and proposing enhancements to existing processes, tools and controls
Communicate and measure risks. Support definition and set up of KPIs, to measure supplier risks and cyber security maturity
Goals of the role:
Strengthen Autoliv’s capability to identify, analyze and manage cyber and information risks across all related domains by supporting the cyber supply chain risk management team
Support the continuous development of the cyber supply chain risk management processes and methodologies
Enhance Autoliv’s security posture and resilience by identifying high risk suppliers and pro-actively reducing their risks
Experience & Competence:
2–5 years of experience within cybersecurity, information security or IT risk management, ideally in large, global organizations
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, or a related field
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proven ability to perform structured risk assessments, and analysis of inherent and residual risks
Understanding of frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0, ISO/IEC 27005
Basic knowledge of supply chain processes, both direct and indirect
Familiarity with risk scoring methodologies, vulnerability management and control mapping
Experience working in international and cross-functional settings, preferably in manufacturing, automotive or consulting industries is a merit
Personality & Leadership:
Analytical and structured approach, capable of connecting risk data to business relevance
Self-driven, reliable and able to work independently while maintaining alignment with the wider cybersecurity organization
Pragmatic and collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt frameworks and methodologies to context rather than applying them mechanically
Naturally curious and open-minded, with a strong willingness to learn
