Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Design and implement Autoliv’s global Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management strategy, processes and methodologies
Manage and execute supplier and third-party risk assessments, contributing to the security of Autoliv’s global supply chain
Identify, evaluate and communicate key risks in alignment with Autoliv’s business priorities
Support the development of junior team members/colleagues
Define, set up and report on KPIs, measuring supplier risks and cyber security maturity
Maintain and develop risk registers, follow up on mitigation activities and support management reporting
Collaborate closely with Autoliv’s global cybersecurity organization
Goals of the role:
Strengthen Autoliv’s capability to identify, analyze and manage cyber supplier risks by designing and implementing an effective and future-proof cyber supply chain strategy, supported by relevant processes and methodologies
Develop and deliver management level risk reporting to support organization and executive decision making.
Enhance cyber security in the supply chain management organization by building awareness and competence
Oversee, drive, and help prioritize and manage supplier risk remediation planning, resolution, and monitoring activities.
Experience & Competence:
5–7 years of experience within cybersecurity, information security or IT risk management, ideally in large, global organizations
Bachelor's or master's degree in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, or a related field
Experience working in international and cross-functional settings, preferably in manufacturing, automotive or consulting industries is a merit
Security-related certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISSP or ISO 27005 Risk Manager are preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Experience working with and managing supplier cyber risk management, in international and cross-functional settings, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or consulting industries
Solid understanding of frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0, ISO/IEC 27005, with the ability to apply them pragmatically
Good knowledge of supply chain processes, both direct and indirect
Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with risk scoring methodologies, vulnerability management, and control mapping
Personality & Leadership:
Strategic and analytical mindset, able to connect data to business impact, assess risks, and adapt frameworks pragmatically to real‑world contexts.
Influential communicator and trusted advisor who can translate complex technical topics for business leaders and guide cross‑functional teams toward sound decisions.
