We are currently looking for a Manager Supply Chain and Procurement Strategic Initiatives for our division with operations in Europe & Africa.
Scope of your role:
- Coordination and support in creation of overall Supply Chain and Procurement strategy in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Procurement subfunctions.
- Identify, understand Supply Chain and Procurement needs and risks and ensure they are addressed.
- Define and review the process of Supply Chain and Procurement strategy. Facilitate and moderate related activities such as workshops and presentations.
- Collaborate with teams to prioritize and accelerate efficiency initiatives, drive cross-functional exchange through workshops
- Management and execution of strategic projects and related reporting and communication.
- Work closely with individual Supply Chain and Procurement leaders to set up, structure, and support strategic initiatives.
- Independently lead and manage strategic projects as per Supply Chain and Procurement strategy and business needs.
- Create appropriate documentation and communication material (e.g. presentations, business case) for management reviews.
- Define and set up adequate governance and support structures to facilitate follow-up on Supply Chain and Procurement strategy execution progress.
- Support for strategic initiatives, working together with Supply Chain and Procurement VP and extended Supply Chain and Procurement Leadership Team.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the Engineering function
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineer, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience working with project management and strategy execution, preferably in a Supply Chain and/or Procurement industrial field.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- In depth knowledge about Supply Chain and Procurement Excellence processes and needs.
- In depth knowledge about strategic approaches and methodologies.
- Previous experience in automotive industry would be a great plus.
- Solid MS Office (especially within PowerPoint) skills is a must.
- Fluent English language (oral and written) is a must. Any additional language is a big plus.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
It is a new created role based in Romania or Poland, reporting to SCM & Procurement VP, with a possibility to make a positive impact on our high-performing Supply Chain and Procurement in Europe and Africa. Ideal start date: asap.
