Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Design, implement, and maintain SAP SD solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
Act as the global SAP SD expert and trusted advisor for business stakeholders across commercial, customer service, logistics, and supply chain functions.
Lead solution design activities, translating business requirements into scalable and sustainable SAP solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and related modules, including MM, PP, WM/EWM, FI/CO, and external applications.
Support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including process harmonization, fit-gap assessments, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
Manage and coordinate complex changes, enhancements, incidents, and projects within the SAP SD landscape.
Collaborate with business process owners to define and promote best practices while ensuring compliance with internal standards and governance requirements.
Support EDI and customer integration processes, ensuring reliable and efficient communication with customers, suppliers, and external partners.
Create and maintain solution documentation, business process flows, functional specifications, and operational procedures.
Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to project teams, key users, and support organizations.
Stay up to date with SAP innovations and industry trends, recommending new technologies and improvements that create business value.
If you have/are:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of hands-on SAP SD experience with multiple end-to-end implementations and support projects.
Strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution processes including Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Returns, Customer Master Data, Intercompany Processing, and Credit Management. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes and their integration with Logistics, Manufacturing, and Finance processes.
Experience in EDI integrations and customer connectivity solutions.
Automotive industry experience is highly desirable, especially in environments involving OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, Just-In-Time (JIT), Just-In-Sequence (JIS), scheduling agreements, and EDI-driven customer processes.
SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales is considered an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
