Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade data integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems.
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data structures, business objects, and data flows.
Design and optimize scalable ETL/ELT (like Informatica) processes supporting reporting, analytics, operational processes, and digital transformation initiatives.
Develop and support integrations between SAP environments and enterprise platforms including Snowflake, Qlik, Informatica, Manufacturing Systems, Data Warehouses, and cloud solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects to understand data requirements and translate them into reliable integration solutions.
Ensure efficient, secure, and accurate movement of data across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Commercial domains.
Support enterprise data warehousing and modern cloud data platform initiatives.
Contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including data migration, data harmonization, and business process modernization activities.
Drive data quality improvements and support enterprise data governance initiatives.
Analyze and resolve data integration issues, interface failures, performance bottlenecks, and data quality challenges.
Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, data mappings, and operational procedures.
Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to project teams, support teams, and business users.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in enterprise data engineering and integration.
If you have/are:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise data integration, SAP data management, or data engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data models, tables, CDS Views, master data, and transactional data structures.
Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise data integration solutions in complex global environments.
Hands-on experience with Informatica, Snowflake, and related data integration technologies.
Strong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks, data pipelines, and enterprise data architecture principles.
Experience working with analytics and reporting platforms such as Qlik, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar technologies.
Knowledge of APIs, data services, integration frameworks, and cloud-based architectures.
Solid understanding of master data management, data governance, and data quality best practices.
Experience supporting SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation programs is highly desirable.
Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Automotive, or other complex industrial environments is considered a strong advantage.
Knowledge of SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Data Services, or SAP Integration Suite is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a global organization.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
