Role Overview
We are looking for a technically skilled, curious, and innovation-driven Technical Business Analyst to support Supply Chain digital transformation initiatives.
The role acts as a bridge between SCM business needs and technical implementation, combining business and process analysis, solution design, data and integration understanding, and modern AI-enabled ways of working.
Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and data teams, you will translate business challenges into solution concepts, prototypes, technical specifications, and implementation-ready requirements. You will also explore how AI, automation, and rapid prototyping can accelerate solution design and delivery while creating measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with SCM stakeholders to identify digitalization, automation, AI, and process improvement opportunities, and analyze related processes, pain points, data needs, and system dependencies.
Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution concepts.
Assess solution options, feasibility, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to support technology decisions.
Define and document system integrations, APIs, data flows, data requirements, and application interactions in collaboration with architects and developers.
Support scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards, ensuring sufficient clarity for development, testing, and validation.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to quickly validate solution ideas with business stakeholders.
Apply AI, automation, and modern digital tools to improve how SCM solutions are analyzed, designed, validated, and delivered, and explore new technology opportunities for SCM use cases.
Define data, reporting, analytics, KPI, and data-quality requirements, working with data and development teams to ensure correct implementation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, data teams, and application owners throughout the solution lifecycle, supporting backlog refinement, Agile delivery, UAT, solution validation, and release readiness.
Contribute to issue and root-cause analysis and continuous improvement of existing SCM digital solutions.
Desired Profile
Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and enterprise applications.
Good technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, data models, reporting, and application architecture.
Ability to translate business challenges into clear, developer-ready functional and technical requirements.
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and architects.
Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or digital tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
Ability to create mockups, prototypes, or proof-of-concepts to quickly validate solution ideas.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Self-driven and curious, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to real business problems.
Success in this Role
You combine business process knowledge with strong technical and AI capabilities, enabling you to rapidly transform ideas into validated solution concepts, technical specifications, and digital solutions that accelerate delivery and drive measurable business value.
