In this role you will be responsible for:
Define, develop, and implement global business digital solutions within SCM Purchasing, in close collaboration with Purchasing Process Manager and Divisional Teams and IT, ensuring full alignment with the global SCM digitalization roadmap.
Business Product Owner for assigned digital solutions, driving the product vision, prioritizing the roadmap, and ensuring continuous improvement and value realization.
Lead cross‑functional, international project teams to design, deploy, and scale global digital solutions across all regions.
Drive change management and communication activities to support adoption, capability building, and long‑term sustainability of owned digital solutions.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Define, design, and implement digital solutions within SCM Purchasing, ensuring alignment with SCM processes and standards (e.g. e-sourcing, component tracking, command center purchasing use cases, supplier portal, supplier survey consolidation, DMPM, etc.,).
Drive alignment of processes and digital solutions across divisions, balancing global consistency with local operational needs.
Support documenting process changes, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and traceability in all impacted process areas.
Deliver user training sessions for the digital solutions owned, ensuring high adoption and effective usage.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing or future digital solutions.
Aligned business requirements, prototypes, MVPs, and detailed implementation plan for assigned digital solutions.
Provide data visualizations and smaller updates according to stakeholder needs
End‑to‑end deployment of digital solutions across regions, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with global standards.
Support Process definitions and visualizations (e.g., in STAGES) for all processes impacted or redesigned as part of the digitalization initiatives.
Training materials and user‑enablement concepts to support successful adoption and operational excellence for owned solutions.
Performance dashboards and KPIs, including solution adoption rates and relevant operational and financial metrics demonstrating business impact.
And if you have/are:
University degree, preferably in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.
Fluent English (spoken and written). Additional languages are an asset
Proven track record in leading global projects and working with cross‑divisional, cross‑functional teams
Relevant certifications in Lean, SCRUM, or Agile methodologies are an advantage
Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels (Specialist / Manager / Director / VP).
Willingness to travel as required for global project deployment and stakeholder collaboration
