Cybersecurity eXposure & Intelligence Supervisor
We usually respond within two weeks
Autoliv's primary goal is to Save More Lives. Our products never get a second chance. This is why we can never compromise on quality. We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Cybersecurity Exposure & Intelligence Supervisor.
Shape the Future of Cybersecurity visibility at Autoliv
As the Cybersecurity eXposure & Intelligence Supervisor, you will lead how Autoliv proactively identifies and reduces cybersecurity risk in an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving threat landscape. You will lead the Threat eXposure & Intelligence team, driving a modern, intelligence-led approach to Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), vulnerability management, and threat intelligence.
The cybersecurity landscape is entering a phase where organizations must handle a significant surge in vulnerabilities and patching demand, driven by rapid technology adoption, software complexity, and especially the acceleration of AI-enabled systems and services. This creates a growing gap between what can be patched and what should be prioritized. This role is critical in navigating these challenges by ensuring our organization focuses on real, exploitable risk rather than theoretical severity.
You will play a key role in translating threat intelligence into actionable exposure insights, enabling faster and more effective risk reduction across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, build and inspire the Threat eXposure & Intelligence Team, fostering a high-performing and forward-thinking culture
Build, own and mature the Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) lifecycle: scoping, discovery, prioritization, validation, and mobilization
Drive identification and prioritization of vulnerabilities in the context of increasing volume and complexity of findings, caused by traditional vulnerability discovery and Mythos-style AI-Models
Design approaches to reduce patch fatigue by prioritizing vulnerabilities based on exploitability, exposure, and business impact
Analyze and correlate vulnerability data, threat intelligence, and attack surface insights to highlight real-world risk and exploitability
Integrate threat intelligence into exposure management workflows to improve prioritization and response efficiency
Strengthen vulnerability management practices and support scalable attack surface reduction initiatives
Anticipate and address challenges introduced by AI adoption, automation, and evolving attacker capabilities
Guide the development and implementation of automations, to handle growing exposure volumes, patching demand, and reporting requirements
Other Responsibilities
Communicate complex exposure risks and priorities clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Red Team, SOC, Incident Response, and engineering teams to validate and reduce real-world exposure
Contribute to strategic direction on topics such as AI security, emerging threats, and proactive cyber defense
Support continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and capability development within the team
Adapt to additional responsibilities aligned with evolving organizational needs
Knowledge
Deep understanding of CTEM frameworks and lifecycle execution
Strong expertise in vulnerability management and attack surface reduction strategies
Familiarity with threat intelligence frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model)
Awareness of trends driving increased vulnerability discovery and patching pressure, including modern development practices and AI adoption
Understanding of how complex, interconnected systems create non-obvious exposure paths and prioritization challenges
Skills
Advanced threat exposure analysis focused on exploitability and business impact
Strong data correlation and contextualization across vulnerability, threat, and asset data
Hands-on experience with CTEM and exposure management tools
Ability to scale processes in high-volume environments
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
Abilities
Translate threat intelligence into prioritized, actionable exposure insights
Identify and address hidden or complex exposure scenarios beyond traditional vulnerabilities
