Ensure automation solutions remain audit-ready with proper documentation, traceability, and approval history.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Create and maintain clear documentation: process flows, user guides, test records, and best-practice materials.

Maintain a central knowledge base for standards, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and audit artifacts.
Security & Compliance
Verify that workflows follow governance rules, security requirements, and compliance expectations.
Ensure documentation includes correct access models, approval flows, and security considerations.
Assist in preparing automation solutions for internal and external audits.
First-Level Support & Issue Handling
Act as the initial point of contact for automation-related incidents or user questions.
Troubleshoot common issues, validate user inputs, and provide clear guidance.
Escalate complex problems to engineering teams with well-documented context and impact.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Collect structured feedback from users, stakeholders, and workshop participants.
Provide actionable insights to the automation development team to improve reliability, usability, and documentation quality.
Track recurring issues and recommend architectural or process improvements.

Gather community input to shape future automation priorities
and if you have/are:
