If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
Responsible to define, develop and implement global business processes and digital solutions within SCM Logistics in strong collaboration with Divisional Logistics and IT and in line with the overall SCM digitalization roadmap
Business Product ownership of solution(s) ensuring continuous improvement
Leading cross-functional international teams to develop and implement global digital solutions across regions
Support change management & communication activities related to owned digital solutions
Low digital standardization across regions with local ways of working in the plants
Aligning various interests across the regions to define global standards and digital solutions that benefit Autoliv as a whole
Establish strong collaboration with stakeholders
Overcoming resistance to change
Collaborating across management levels
Driving decisions across regions
Most critical stakeholders: Divisional Logistics & IT, external systems’ providers
Define, develop, and implement of new digital solutions within SCM Logistics
Creating alignment on processes and digital solutions across regions
Document process changes
Conduct trainings for users on owned digital solutions
Support updates on related standards
Support change management and communication

University degree (desirable Logistics or IT)
Language: Fluent in English
Previous Experience
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the SCM field (automotive industry as advantage)
Lean & SCRUM methodology
Leading global projects and cross-regional & cross-functional teams
Working with different levels of organization (Specialist / Manager / Director / VP)
Other
Willingness to travel
