Overall context and challenges:
Autoliv has been utilizing the Onstream platform since 2022, and apart from using it for external financial reporting and management reporting, it is used for granular operational forecasting that plays a pivotal role in providing business with key information for decision making. Currently Autoliv’s Onestream solution hosts 7 cubes, a framework of more than 300 tables with granular data, as well as a Lease accounting capability. Apart from Finance, the Autoliv Onestream solution is key for the Sales, Operations and SCM organizations.
Autoliv senior business stakeholders are very supportive but also very ambitious and challenging: more reporting and capabilities are asked for. The Onestream platform releases more capabilities every year, and a success factor is the Autoliv Onstream team keeps up to date on the possibilities.
In this role you will:
- Clear and structured documentation of Actuals reporting processes and related OneStream configurations
- Functional specifications and impact assessments for proposed system changes and enhancements
- Continuous improvement plans aligned with business needs and system capabilities
- Training materials and guidance to support end users and promote best practices
- Contribution to governance frameworks and process standardization across reporting activities
- Insights and recommendations through performance monitoring and post-change evaluations
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and responsibilities and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
- Collaborate with Group Finance to gather, analyze and translate business requirements into system solutions
- Actively propose improvements, based on best practice and system capability knowledge
- Design, configure and establish processes in OneStream to support business needs
- Ensure that the change management process is followed to ensure solution accuracy, reliability and traceability
- Monitor system performance and provide third-level support by troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for system configurations and processes
- Participate in other OneStream change initiatives, supporting Onestream SMEs and tech team delivering to their business stakeholders
and if you have/are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- Master of MBA would be considered a plus
- OneStream Certified Professional is preferred
- Agile methodology for software development is a plus
- Project Management certification is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EPM systems
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with capabilities for Group Accounting in an EPM system
- OneStream experience is strongly preferred
- Having worked as a Controller in a global company is a plus
- Fluency in English is required
