Job Summary

• Responsible for the strategic, financial, and tactical performance of the Engineering / Development for Autoliv China and its contribution to the overall success of the corporation.
• Responsible for and support innovation, product planning, Engineering In, and build deep strategic partnerships with suppliers and customers.
• Ensure consistency throughout the regional Autoliv group in dealing with the customer, establishing methods and advanced product strategies for Engineering/Development. Provide leadership, direction & management to the ACH Engineering teams.
• Achieve customer satisfaction by assuring the customers’ expectations are met for product design, quality and delivery performance.
• Maximize the financial performance of the engineering business.
