The Supply Chain Process & Excellence Manager EMEA designs, governs, standardizes and continuously improves end-to-end supply chain business processes across Planning, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Packaging, Logistics Execution and supporting digital business solutions. The role connects process ownership, operational excellence, analytics and technology to improve service, inventory, cost, productivity and resilience.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Lead the Supply Chain Process & Excellence organization and coordinate Process Supervisors, Process Owners and analytical resources.
Establish clear ownership and governance across demand, supply and production planning; warehousing and inventory; inbound and outbound execution; packaging; manufacturing and quality interfaces; and sequencing.
Define and maintain process roadmaps, standards, decision rights, maturity assessments and review routines.
Drive harmonization of processes, tools and governance across EMEA operations.
Translate logistics strategy into initiatives, milestones, KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Act as business owner for ERP, planning, WMS, inventory, packaging, analytics and AI-enabled solutions from requirement definition and business case through deployment, adoption and benefit realization.
Lead Lean Supply Chain, process audit, automation and continuous improvement activities.
Develop process-owner capability through competence assessment, training, communities of practice and best-practice sharing.
Strengthen master-data governance, analytics capability, standard dashboards and data-driven decisions.
Support network changes, transfers, launches and cross-functional transformation programs.
Build effective partnerships with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, IT, Sustainability and Trade Compliance.
Perform other related duties agreed with functional leadership.

Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, Busines Administration or related field
Master degree preferred
Certifications/ Acreditations
APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt beneficial
PMP or program-management certification beneficial
Previous Experience
10+ years in supply chain, logistics, planning, operations or process excellence, subject to HR validation
Experience leading end-to-end process ownership, digital transformation and cross-functional programs
Complex manufacturing experience required; automotive experience preferred
Languages
English required for the regional/global scope
Additional languages beneficial depending on assignmen
Other
Willingness to travel and support cross-site workshops or operational priorities
Specific travel level and working arrangements to be confirmed
