In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling a global Rider Safety business, driving commercial growth, shaping the product portfolio, developing strategic partnerships and turning innovative safety solutions into a successful global business. You will lead the journey from early market traction to a validated and scalable business with global impact.
You will:
Lead and grow Autoliv's global Rider Safety business
Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy
Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, safety technology companies, apparel brands, distributors, retailers and other key ecosystem partners
Build a strong international customer pipeline and accelerate commercial growth
Shape the future Rider Safety portfolio, from rider-worn protection to motorcycle-mounted safety systems and connected safety solutions
Lead a global cross-functional team and create a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture
Drive business validation, profitability, and readiness for global scale
We are looking for someone who:
Has a proven track record of building, growing, or scaling businesses, products, or new markets
Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Has strong commercial leadership experience with revenue accountability
Excels at building customer relationships and closing strategic partnerships
Can translate market insights into successful business and product strategies
