Responsible for the end-to-end design and continuous improvement of Logistic Planning processes across all divisions, functions and product lines, including Digitalization initiatives related to these processes. This role ensures standardization, compliance, and alignment with Logistic strategic objectives, acting as key role to secure process excellence within Logistics.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Define, optimize, and document global SCM Logistics processes and standards connected to E2E Business Planning (e.g. demand planning, production planning, capacity planning supply planning, inventory planning,) ensuring alignment with the SCM strategy and digitalization roadmap.
Standardize processes across Divisions to enable harmonized execution and scalable digital solutions.
Identify gaps and inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives to support achievement of SCM strategic targets.
Collaborate with the SCM Digitalization Manager and all relevant SCM and IT stakeholders to ensure strong E2E process and technology alignment.
Lead process communication and change management activities, including training, stakeholder alignment, and adoption follow‑up.
Develop and support global training materials to strengthen functional skills across regions.
Act as a process ambassador, driving awareness, adherence to standards, and best‑practice sharing across Divisions.
Monitor, analyze, and report process performance, using KPIs to steer continuous improvement.

University degree, preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain Management.
5-10 years of experience in key SCM roles in automotive industry (Logistics or Planning preferrable)
Proven track record in leading global projects and working with cross‑divisional, cross‑functional teams.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels (Specialist / Manager / Director / VP).
Relevant certifications in Lean, SCRUM, or Agile methodologies are an advantage.
Additional professional certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics or Digitalization are beneficial.
Fluent English (spoken and written). Additional languages are an asset.
Willingness to travel as required for global project deployment and stakeholder collaboration.
Comfort working in a matrix organization, navigating multiple reporting lines and stakeholder groups.
