Your Mission
As Learning Partner for RDE, you will drive capability development across our global Research, Development & Engineering organization. Partnering with engineering leaders, technical experts, and HR, you will identify critical skills, design impactful learning solutions, and build a culture of continuous learning that enables innovation and engineering excellence.
Learning & Capability Strategy for RDE
Develop and execute a global learning and capability development strategy aligned with Autoliv's RDE priorities, technology roadmap, and innovation agenda.
Partner with RDE leaders to identify critical technical, professional, and leadership capabilities required now and in the future.
Assess capability gaps and design reskilling and upskilling strategies to build organizational readiness for emerging technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
Create learning journeys and development pathways for our global RDE organization.
Serve as a trusted advisor to RDE leaders on talent development, capability building, and learning best practices.
Champion a culture of continuous learning, innovation, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence.
Learning Solution Design & Program Management
Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions that support technical excellence, innovation, product development, and engineering leadership.
Develop scalable learning programs utilizing blended learning approaches, including instructor-led, virtual, social, experiential, and self-directed learning.
Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical knowledge into engaging and effective learning experiences.
Leverage learning technologies and digital platforms to enhance accessibility, learner engagement, and knowledge transfer.
Evaluate program effectiveness through data, learning analytics, business impact measures, and stakeholder feedback, driving continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Partnership & Collaboration
Collaborate with RDE leadership teams to define capability priorities and align development initiatives with business objectives.
Facilitate capability mapping and skills assessment processes to identify critical expertise and succession risks.
Support global communities of practice, expert networks, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across RDE disciplines.
Partner with HR, Talent Management, divisional and local L&D teams to integrate learning solutions into broader talent and organizational development strategies.
Drive consistency in learning standards and development approaches across the global RDE organization.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Master’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Significant experience in designing and implementing learning solutions, ideally in a multinational or matrixed organization.
Experience partnering with engineering, research, technology, product development, or technical functions within the automotive or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
Proficiency with learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and learning analytics.
