The AEMEA ASPICE Process Manager is responsible for defining, coordinating, and deploying Automotive SPICE–compliant processes within AEMEA, ensuring effective and efficient project execution. Acting as a strategic partner to Project Managers and functional leaders, the role enables consistent ASPICE application across projects while leveraging existing expertise and systematically addressing capability gaps. The position operates in a matrix organization, with a strong divisional delivery focus and close alignment with global process owners and governance teams.

Strategy and Alignment
Define the AEMEA ASPICE process strategy in alignment with global governance
Ensure consistent interpretation and application of ASPICE requirements
Align Divisional needs, constraints, and feedback with global process owners
Process Scope and Tailoring
Support early project phases in defining:
o Product, system, and software scope
o ASPICE process applicability and tailoring
o Roles, responsibilities, and interfaces
Develop pragmatic tailoring rules
Deployment and Enablement
Coordinate ASPICE process implementation across projects and functions
Guide Project Managers and CFT on ASPICE‑relevant topics
Leverage existing expertise and formalize best practices
Identify and address capability gaps through targeted enablement
Assessment and Readiness Support
Support preparation for internal and external ASPICE assessments
Identify risks and gaps early and support mitigation actions
Act as an interface to assessors and customers when required
Continuous Improvement
Monitor process effectiveness and adoption
Consolidate lessons learned from projects and assessments
Propose process improvements and enhancements to global owners
If you have/are:
Deep knowledge of Automotive SPICE including scope, tailoring, and assessments
Strong understanding of:
o Automotive product development lifecycles
o System, software, and hardware development interfaces
o Project management in customer driven environments
Experience translating standards into practical processes
Ability to work effectively in matrix structures
Structured analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities
Pragmatic and solution‑oriented mindset
High credibility with engineers and project managers
Strong influencing skills without reliance on hierarchy
Ability to communicate complex requirements in simple, actionable terms
Resilient under delivery and audit pressure
Collaborative, transparent, and constructive working style
Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability
Preferred Education: Master’s degree in engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (Advanced degree is a plus)
ASPICE qualification (e.g. Competent Assessor) is an advantage but not mandatory
5+ years - experience in automotive product development or project environments
Proven hands‑on experience with ASPICE implementation and/or assessments
Experience operating in a Tier‑1 or OEM context preferred
Background in process definition, improvement, or governance is highly beneficial
Exposure to multi‑site, regional, or global organizations is an advantage
Mandatory: English (Swedish, German, French is a plus)
