Own pricing/costing governance and develop, maintain, and refine cost models for PSS products to improve transparency and fact-based decision-making
Lead forecasting for the PSS business and follow up financial performance in coordination with plants and the global PSS team.
Improve ways of working across key business processes such as quoting, costing, forecast building, and financial reporting.
Define and help implement the future financial structure for PSS, supporting the evolution toward a more standalone business model.
Prepare and present financial results, business cases, and key financial topics to senior leadership.
Participate in strategic partnerships and M&A, with a focus on financial value creation, business case development, and deal evaluation.
Challenge the organization on performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive pragmatic solutions even when data is not readily available in current systems.
Leverage AI and new technologies to improve how we operate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
7+ years of relevant experience as a Business Controller/Finance Manager in consulting, or in Big 4 advisory. Experience from international and large-company environments, ultimately combined with scale-up experience, is preferred.
Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to create decision-ready insights
Ability to work effectively in an environment where processes and responsibilities are still being defined, with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
Familiar in using AI to boost efficiency and to drive transformation of how we operate.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge status quo and support cross-functional decision-making.
English is the primary working language. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
High integrity, resilience to uncertainty, and the ability to inspire trust while driving the right solutions to the right problems.
