Should you be interested in leading learning strategies and fostering talent development, your role will involve:
Learning & Development Strategy Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive global learning and development strategy aligned with Autoliv’s business objectives and values.
Participate in and support vision and strategy development and decision-making for the entire company within Talent Management with ownership for the Learning & Development sub-function.
Identify current and future organizational learning needs to ensure continuous skill development, leadership growth, and employee engagement.
Oversee assessment and continuous enhancement of existing training programs and digital learning solutions to meet evolving talent and business needs.
Responsible as Global Process Owner for learning for the overall learning strategy, supporting infrastructure (L&D Digitalization and tools), program/intervention content, partner selection and management, and organizational enablement.
Program Design & Delivery
Lead the design of engaging, effective, and scalable learning solutions across multiple formats (in-person, online, hybrid).
Implement measurement systems to track learning effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
Oversee the selection, management, and performance of external vendors and partners in support of learning initiatives.
Ensure proper governance and overall structural support to enable best in class learning across the organization (behavioral and functional learning). Combine best science, best practice, and Autoliv's strategies, challenges, and context to identify and execute on the optimal learning & development strategy, solutions and impact
Facilitate workshops, trainings, and communities of practice to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Direct (Learning Partners) and indirect leadership (matrix stakeholders) responsibilities
Requirements and Qualifications for Director Learning & Development
Proven leadership experience in corporate learning and development, organizational development, or talent management within a global organization.
Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and measuring successful learning and leadership programs.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written proficiency); additional language skills are an advantage.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing abilities.
Proficiency with digital learning systems (LMS/LXP), Agentic AI, assessment and analytics tools, and blended learning methodologies.
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
Experience working in an international matrix organization preferred.
