This role is responsible for improving Autoliv’s OneStream consolidation solution, ensuring it meets business needs and reporting regulations acting as an extension of the Financial Control Team. The role acts as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting operations, and safeguarding data quality and processes.
The role also involves leading change initiatives, coordinating complex enhancements, and ensuring robust governance, data integrity, and adherence to best practices. In addition, the role includes administrative tasks, troubleshooting support, oversees documentation and training, and drives continuous improvement and simplification of processes.
In this role you will:
Be Autoliv’s OneStream Conso Solution Lead
Act as a bridge between stakeholders (Group, Divisional, Functions)
Ensure smooth day-to-day business
Ensure data integrity and governance
Maintain documentation, training materials, and user guidance
Long-term roadmap planning
Drive continuous improvements and simplification
Lead change management and enhancements including impact assessments.
and if you have/are:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
Master of MBA would be considered a plus
Fluency in English is required
Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes (group reporting, US-GAAP IFRS/local GAAP, intercompany eliminations)
Expertise in consolidation tools (e.g., SAP BPC, SAP Group Reporting, Oracle FCCS, OneStream, HFM)
OneStream Certified Professional is preferred
End to end understanding of Record to Report
Experience of working with controls, audit compliance, and data integrity
Experience in finance transformation and system manager roles
