If you are ready to manage the following responsibilities at the highest standards:
- Setup & execution of roadmap in alignment with AEU APS roadmap, balancing performance improvement and a culture of continuous improvement
- Execution of key APS initiatives, e.g., responsible to roll out cost deployment, perfect line etc. within cluster scope
- Execution of Operations performance improvement initiatives, leveraging the APS toolbox in order to deliver validated P&L impact
- Ensure APS capabilities organization through dedicated learning and training offerings (e.g., APSU), fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Execution of benchmarking as well as identification of best practices within and outside of cluster scope, yokoten and implementation in line with improvement of existing standard
And if you have:
Language Skills: Fluency in English.
Education: Technical University Degree.
Experience: 7+ years of operations experience with a focus on operational excellence within the manufacturing industry, preferably automotive. Deep experience and knowledge of LEAN methodology and principles. Proven track record of successful execution of cost/performance improvement programs.

- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing project budgets and resources.
