Program Manager

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
- Ensure transformation programs and initiatives are in alignment with corporate strategy, vision and priorities
- Establish and maintain governance structures, including steering committees and reporting frameworks
- Define KPIs and success metrics to track progress and impact.
- Facilitate, prepare and follow up on Steering Committee meetings with all stakeholders – incl ensuring presentation material.
- Engage with senior leaders, department heads, and external partners.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across business units.
- When needed; lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives on time and within budget.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and inter-project impacts.
- Support organizational change through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Promote adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes.
- Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Allocate resources effectively across initiatives.
- Track and manage program budgets and financial performance.
- Identify lessons learned and best practices
- Oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives, ensuring prioritization and resource allocation align with strategic goals.
- Identify and promote innovative solutions, technologies, or methodologies that support transformation objective
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program delivery or outcomes.
- Ensure transformation initiatives comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

- Automotive and/or consulting experience is a merit as well as programming experience and working with (gen) AI
- English, both verbal and in writing
- Willingness to travel
