In this role you will be responsible for drive local IE teams to have each operation aligned with best operation in term of operation performance (productivity, flexibility, reliability and robustness, quality, capex efficiency).
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
- Communication interface between Divisions and GPD (Global Product Development)/ GPEA (Global Process Engineering Authority)
- Collaborate with GPD/GPEA in the definition and execution of the 1Process strategy.
- Drive 1P1P execution within the division : alignment to standards, 1P1P(Global standardization - Global strategy for aligning our products and processes)
- Collaborate with GPD/GPEA in new process developments i.e. process design, flow, machine spec, MPS (Manufacturing Process Specification), PFMEA
- Coordinate process design activities in the division and ensure 1P1P applied.
- Cascade changes, decisions ... and ensure execution within the division.
- Drive MPS compliance within the division.
- Coordinate and drive process related audit activities (MPS, Robustness, PFMEA Go&see…) and monitor gap closure.
- Support, coordinate and drive process related Yokoten activities (Cat-A, NCE, LL, Best Practices).
- Controls equipment built: supplier selection and communalization, purchase maximization, machine built standards.
- Consolidate and report capacity planning information within the division.
- Master PFMEA approver.
- Process change approver.
- Consolidate reporting and reports to division and global process organization.
- Provides technical support to local organization (Launch, improvement, problem solving).
- Train IE teams, and optimize skillset within the division, identifying resource sharing opportunities and creating a network of experts.
If you have/are:
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
- +5 years of experience in a similar role within automotive or high-volume manufacturing.

Fluent in English;

Willingness to travel within Europe (as needed for site support and alignment).
- Excellent communication skills across functions and cultures.
- Strong knowledge of industrial/process engineering (particularly in die casting, machining, automation and assembly).
- Experience with new process developments and standardization of manufacturing processes
- Deep understanding of PFMEA, MPS (Manufacturing Process Specification), and process audits.
- Proficiency in using IE tools: time studies, value stream mapping, line balancing, MTM, etc
- Strong background in project management
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Yokoten, Best Practices sharing).
