Your core responsabilities and activities

• Fulfillment of targets regarding Health & Safety, Quality, Conversion Cost and Productivity. Year over year improvements
• Commit to plant safety procedures.
• Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
• Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing un-necessary costs and maintaining current health & safety and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Improve the cost efficiency of operations through resource allocation.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus to the organization/plant.
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
• Review financial information and adjust plant budget to promote profitability.
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum 5+ years working in a manager/leading position managing people and financials.
• Industry experience Advanced Degree or equivalent in relevant fields

• Preferably educated in Business Administration, Operations, or Engineering
• Demonstrated expertise in talent development across diverse organizational levels
• An in-depth understanding of business processes and efficiency model
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with          stakeholders and teams
• Proven experience in a leadership role managing in automotiv industry or similar business.
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
