Building on Autoliv’s core technologies and capabilities, we are expanding into new markets such as Electrical Safety and you can be part of our growing team in the role of Plant Manager of one of our French compagny base in Britany.

Your core responsabilities and activities
- Fulfillment of targets regarding Health & Safety, Quality, Conversion Cost and Productivity. Year over year improvements
- Commit to plant safety procedures.
- Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
- Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing un-necessary costs and maintaining current health & safety and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Improve the cost efficiency of operations through resource allocation.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus to the organization/plant.
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
- Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
- Review financial information and adjust plant budget to promote profitability.
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum 5+ years working in a manager/leading position managing people and financials.
- Industry experience Advanced Degree or equivalent in relevant fields
- Preferably educated in Business Administration, Operations, or Engineering
- Demonstrated expertise in talent development across diverse organizational levels
- An in-depth understanding of business processes and efficiency model
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and teams
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing in automotiv industry or similar business.
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
