Our industry (manufacturing / automotive) is going through a rapid awakening where the risk of cyber-attacks, as well as the number of security related legislations and customer requirements, quickly are increasing.

We are now looking for a Head of Cyber Security Architecture, that will play critical role in the continuous and increasingly more important job of keeping our operation and products secure. The role is located at our headquarter in WTC, downtown Stockholm, alternatively at Lindholmen Science Park in Gothenburg, and will report directly to our CISO. (No relocation package is included).

This position will lead a group of architects that has the responsibility to define, and together with other key stakeholders, architect, prioritize and drive the implementation of security capabilities in our IT and OT environments, in addition to review and advice on security matters in any IT and Digitalization initiatives.

Our ambition is to be an industry leader in cyber security and as a member of the global Info- and Cybersecurity leadership team the role will take part in defining the overall Autoliv Information- and Cybersecurity strategy, that should bring us to that position.

As a senior architect you are also expected to support in the implementation and development of the Enterprise and IT architecture practices.

• Develop and implement the overall cyber security architecture strategy
• Develop and actively drive the implementation of cyber security architecture and capabilities, through continues improvements, projects as well as through large business transformation programs
• Align security initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements
• Communicate security risks and strategies to senior management and stakeholders
• Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization
• Lead and mentor a team of security architects to design, maintain and advice on secure system architectures across our global operations
• Conduct security assessments and risk evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with IT, OT and product development teams to integrate security into system designs and implementations
• Provide expert guidance on emerging cyber threats and develop proactive defense strategies
• Manage relationships with security vendors and service providers
  
  

And if you have / are:

• Highly effective at building relationships, teams and collaborating with others in an international environment. Ability to inspire, engage and leverage a diverse workforce, including contractors, employees and consultants.
• Proven experience in a senior cyber security architecture or related fields, within multinational matrix organizations
• Deep and relevant technical competence and experience
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Able to distill and translate technical facts and jargon to language understood by management / non-experts.
• Have experience, knowledge and interest in what it means for an Information and Cyber Security organization to take a front seat position, initiating and driving transformations in collaboration with other business functions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or proven corresponding level of competence.
