We are now looking for a talented CRM Strategist to join our Mobility Safety Solutions team and drive the implementation and optimization of HubSpot across our global B2B operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of both Hubspot Marketing Hub and Sales hub, and optimization of the to drive our sales & marketing efforts to help achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Implementation: Continue the deployment and customization of HubSpot CRM to meet the specific needs of Autoliv’s global B2B operations within Commercial Vehicles, Electrical Safety Solutions, Components and Motorcycles & Bikes.
System Integrations: Facilitate the integration of HubSpot with other Internal and external business systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Training & Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for sales representatives and other stakeholders to maximize the adoption and effective use of HubSpot.
KPI Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of CRM strategies and initiatives.
Reporting: Set up and maintain robust reporting functionalities within HubSpot to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Success factors:
Operational Efficiency: HubSpot CRM is fully integrated and operational, leading to streamlined processes and improved data flow across the organization.
High Adoption and Proficiency: Sales representatives and stakeholders are proficient in using HubSpot, resulting in increased productivity and better customer relationship management.
Data-Driven Decisions: The organization leverages detailed and accurate reports from HubSpot to make informed business decisions.
Improved Sales Performance: Noticeable improvements in sales metrics such as lead conversion rates, reduced sales cycle times, and higher customer retention rates.
Positive Feedback: Consistently positive feedback from users regarding the training programs and ongoing support provided.
Other tasks included in this role:
Marketing Hub: Lead the configuration of HubSpot Marketing Hub, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and lead generation/surveys at live events and tech shows.
Automation: Design and implement marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Data quality: Ensure data quality and compliance with data privacy regulations globally.
