In this role you will be responsible to coordinate the development and implementation of Autoliv’s social impact and human rights agenda. This position would be a good opportunity for an existing talent in the HRS organization to get global exposure and to grow to more demanding roles in the future.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Social sustainability (human rights & social impact) agenda development & program coordination
- Support the development of Autoliv's global strategy for social impact and human rights.
- Coordinate the implementation and monitor the progress of Autoliv’s social impact and human rights program in collaboration with the divisions, SCM and other corporate functions.
- Monitor development and assess the business impacts of relevant corporate level regulations and frameworks related to social sustainability.
Social and Human rights due diligence /impact assessments process development
- Develop Autoliv's Social Impact and Human Rights Due Diligence Procedures (risk identification/impact assessments, action plans, monitoring), in collaboration with divisions, SCM, compliance and other corporate functions.
- Maintain and further develop social sustainability assessment for footprint planning process and new facility projects.
Project Management
- Coordinate key labor rights and community impact projects, such as contingent / migrant workforce and community impact related development projects.
- Represent Autoliv in Pratham project activities.
Divisional coordination and support
- Facilitate the network of divisional human rights/social impact coordinators.
- In collaboration with the divisions, plan and implement social sustainability certification program for high-risk facilities.
- Participate into / support divisions in strategic projects such as footprint planning and new facility projects.
- Support divisions in RBA and other social sustainability audits, providing expertise and identifying needs for common processes and tools.
Reporting
- Act as a topic stream lead in CSRD implementation project for the standard S1 (own workforce).
- Act as a contact person in HRS organization for customer social sustainability related requests.
- Develop the content and analyze the results for annual social survey.
Organizational capability development in social sustainability
In collaboration with the divisions and other corporate functions, identify training needs related to social sustainability / human rights and develop adequate training programs.
and if you have/are:
- Masters/Bachelor's in social sciences, sustainability management, human rights, business administration or other relevant discipline
- Knowledge and understanding of social sustainability, social impact and human rights.
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
