Do you love communications and want to be part of a global team that saves lives? Then you might be the right candidate for us! We are currently looking for a Communications Director for our division with operations in Europe & Africa.
Scope of your role:
- Acting as a Communications strategic adviser and business partner to the division, including functions like Strategy, Finance and HR.
- Being a trusted member of the division’s Management Team and the Corporate Communications Team.
- Contributing to the development and driving the implementation of the Group’s external and internal communications strategy, policies and plans.
- Providing advice on, creating and delivering materials that support leaders with their communication needs.
- Managing internal and external communications in relation to conferences and events.
- Providing external communications support for PR, media and crisis management.
- Developing and delivering change communication plans and materials.
- Creating communication materials for relevant channels for the division.
Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in an international matrix organization.
- Track record in leading change and solid advisory competence in multinational organizations.
- Understanding Business Strategy and connecting communications strategies/plans to Business Strategy.
- Ability to align the needs of different target groups and stakeholders.
- As a strong strategic Doer, you will work with leadership team members and other leaders, advising on and supporting management communication and business projects.
- Digital savviness and O365 competence a must.
- Excellent English language skills (oral and written) a must.

It is a new created role based in Zug, with a possibility to make a positive impact on our high-performing Operations in Europe and Africa. Ideal start date: asap.
