In this role you will lead the Enterprise Risk Management and you will work with the administration of Autoliv’s Risk Management program, overseeing policies, processes, people and systems, partnering with business leaders to identify and mitigate financial, operational, legal, regulatory and reputational risks. Also, support building up the procedure for crisis management for the group as well as coordinating on Group business continuity mapping/planning/management.

As the subject matter expert, this role is key in developing and conducting risk assessments, documenting processes, workflows, recommendations, and field work.

• Assisting with the further development and implementation of the Autoliv Enterprise Risk Management program, supporting the mission and the strategic goals of the organization, and in line with any regulatory requirements. 
• Leading and supporting risk assessments on local, divisional, functional as well as on group level (bottom-up and top-down approach) on all types of risks. 
• Supporting the organization in risk treatment alternatives and in following-up on status of mitigating actions, as well as measuring the effectiveness of current controls. 
• Supporting the organization in managing risk and capturing opportunities in the most cost efficient and strategic ways. 
• Coordinating and participating in the ERM Board meetings, where key risks are discussed with top management. 
• Reviewing processes and workflows to identify gaps and provide enhancement recommendations. 
• Assisting with the development of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) relevant to different business areas. 
• Administrating the risk management tools and related documentation (e.g., Enterprise Risk Management Framework, risk registers, risk dashboards, heat maps, the ERM toolbox and playbook, risk management pages on the intranet etc.). 
• Interacting with our internal and external auditors in matters pertaining to risks and risk management. 
• Cooperating with our Group Insurance & Captive function in setting short-term and long-term risk transfer strategies. 
• Cooperating with our Group Compliance and Internal Audit functions in risk related matters, in line with our Integrated Assurance Methodology. 
• Support the business and the ERM Champions worldwide with risk management and ERM advice/assistance as needed. 
• Preparing and delivering presentations on risks, risk management and related topics. 
• Group Crisis Management 
• Group Business Continuity Management

     and if you have/are:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Management, Legal or similar
• Excellent English written and spoken is required, other language knowledge/skills will be viewed as meriting.
• Enterprise Risk management experience will be viewed as meriting. 
• Knowledge of international insurance programs is meriting.
• Experience of similar tasks in a global context.
