In this role you will be Global responsible for Autoliv business process and methods on Requirement Management based on Systems Engineering principles for our advanced products with mechatronic and electronic content.

            If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Responsible for how requirements are centrally managed through the application lifecycle management tool (ALM) 
• Define the approach and methods to mapping of requirements to system elements of system model 
• Identify and develop system models to define, design and document a system under development 
• Align with the different product areas what type of system models are needed 
• Support all different project models and their owners E2E concerning requirement management and relations to other systems engineering processes 
• Be responsible to review with OEM on these topics. 
• Collaborate on way forward to meet customer expectations, now and in future 
• Support all Product Lines and MSS

     and if you have/are:

• Master Degree in relevant subjects
• Fluent in English
• Deep knowledge in the area of Requirement Management. 
• How it is applied in the automotive industry on product with Electronics &Mechatronics content requiring ASPICE compliance
• Good systems engineering knowledge in general and specifically Model Based Experience with UML and/or SysML
• Willingness to travel
