If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Promote the Autoliv products/services addressing or predicting clients’objectives
· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
· Lead market research initiatives for INDIA and the Asia Pacific geography
· Develop a Sales Strategy for the region
and if you have/are:
- Experience in business development - Commercial Vehicle
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercial Vehicle Market knowledge
- Experience in managing high-level professionals
- Excellent oral and written English, Hindi languages would be beneficial as well
